I am deeply honored to have been selected as one of the artists-in-residence for the 2024–2025 Art Residency at the Cultural Foundation in Abu Dhabi. Chosen from a highly competitive pool of over 250 talented applicants, this opportunity marks a significant milestone in my artistic journey. The six-month residency offered an inspiring environment that encouraged exploration, collaboration, and growth, both personally and professionally.

During the residency, I had access to the equipped studio and a supportive community of fellow artists working across various disciplines. The program provided invaluable time and space to experiment, refine my practice, and develop new works rooted in themes that reflect both personal and collective narratives.

Being part of the Cultural Foundation’s vibrant creative ecosystem allowed me to connect with curators, art historians, and the wider public through open studios, talks, and exhibitions. It also offered a deeper engagement with the cultural and artistic landscape of the UAE, which continues to influence my work.

This experience has not only expanded my artistic horizons but has also strengthened my commitment to creating thoughtful, socially engaged art. I carry forward the insights and inspiration gained during this residency into my future projects with great gratitude.
